Allen is suing Google, Apple and other patents

company possessed by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen is filed with Google, Apple, Facebook along with other companies declaring they violated patents associated with search, media, screen pop-ups and database management.

Interval Patent Certification filed the suit Friday in Circuit Court Western District of Washington. Companies named within the suit is America online, Apple, eBay, Facebook, Google, Netflix, Office Depot, OfficeMax, Staples, Yahoo and YouTube.

 Four patents, most of the technologies associated with search, multimedia databases, and screen activity, stated David Mail carrier, a spokesperson for Allen. Particulars about how exactly the 11 accused allegedly infringing patents Interval emerge because the process progresses, he stated.
